Helpcenter (FAQ)
The time limit to complete a course is one year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. This means that you have one year from the date of purchase to access and complete the course. It's important to note that the course content may change during this time and the course may no longer be available after this time limit, so it's important to complete the course within the given time frame. It is also important to regularly check your account and the course page to stay informed about any changes to the course and its availability. If you are unable to complete the course within one year, you may want to consider purchasing the course again or check if they have any other options such as an extension or credit towards another course.
It is important to note that not all courses provided by MedTeaching are accredited by educational institutions and may not contribute to your academic credit. It is important to check the course details and eligibility requirements before enrolling, as some courses may not be recognized by certain institutions or accreditation organizations. It is also important to understand that even if credit is awarded by one institution, there is no presumption that other institutions will accept that credit, unless otherwise explicitly indicated by a credit-granting institution.
It is important to note that MedTeaching does not offer refunds for electronic courses, as all course content is made available to the user at the time of purchase. This means that once a course has been purchased, the user has immediate access to all of the course materials and therefore, there is no way to "return" the course. This policy is in place because once the user has access to the course materials, it is not possible for the company to prevent them from being used or viewed. This is standard practice for many electronic course providers.
